An update from the Greenway Guardians...
The Greenway Guardians have filed a notice of intent to appeal (NITA) with the state of Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) on September 27th. The City of Eugene now has until October 17th to produce the record (all documents, testimony, emails, postcards,etc.) for the 3-member LUBA board. For further information about LUBA visit this link.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPEAL
Notice is hereby given that Petitioners intend to appeal the Final Order of the Eugene Planning Commission on Appeal of the Hearings Official's Tentative Approval for Lombard Apartments Willamette Greenway Permit, Site Review, and Adjustment Review (WG18-3/SR18-3/ARA18-8) as shown the notice of decision and became final on September 6, 2018.
