Greetings, Neighbors! We have an important update for you about the Lombard Apartments land use proposal on the Willamette Greenway:
The developer, Evergreen Housing, has withdrawn their application from the city Planning Department. It appears that they may be making revisions and resubmitting, which will begin the application process anew. Once the application has been submitted and a completeness review has been filed by staff, a new hearing date will be scheduled. We will keep you informed – many thanks for your interest and involvement in preventing this egregious and inappropriate plan by out-of-state pave & run developers.
